Looked this up in Levy's book:" Use Treatment of cough, inflamed throat, pneumonia, pleurisy, TB...Gall stones, chronic constipation, mild worms in young. Female infertility (apparently has hormonal reactions). Also to still the pains of colic. External: skin ailments, ... earache. Nothing tho about immune boosting and given the female hormonal component you might want to research that aspect further. HTH.

Athomedaughter,

If u want to boost the immune system. I would suggest that u get Aloe Vera Liquid. U get it from wal mart or feed store.. It will boost the immune system.. U can out the aloe in the water bucket for them to drink. But u have to give them one big dose of straight aloe vera then after that put it in the water..
