My 4 wire fence. (For the other post!)

This is my fence. It is THE best!! They won't touch it aslong as they know it hurts!! I said it was 1 foot apart. WRONG! unless my hand is 12 inches long! I think it is more like 6 inches apart.

It was hard to get pictures of the wire as it is silver! This is a new area I made on Saturday. They are still afraid to go near it....

THANKS FOR LOOKING!

The first picture will tell you every thing you need to know. I ONLY will use Dare fencing stuff. It is the only brand that will hold up years aopn years.

The top wire is just a dead wire. It isn't hot and there to make them think they can't jump it. The next wire down is a HOT WIRE it is the one they touch the most when they start out using this. The next wire is a Dead wire agian. This agian just tells them they can go though it. The last wire to the ground is a hot wire. It keeps them from getting under it. But also keeps dogs and other animals out!

Thats the guide we got this from just thinking and looking at a frineds fence.

Note that the top wire is only lose her as it is a gate to get into the pasture all the other fence top wire's are TIGHT
Also the yellow opener is a dare product. just a different look to it!

IN THE LAST PICTURE YOU WILL SEE HOW HIGH THE LAST WIRE IS FROM THE GROUND. THIS IS ONLY IN SOME PLACES. NOT THE WHOLE FENCE IS LIKE THIS. IN OTHER PLACES THE LAST WIRE IS ONLY INCHES FROM THE GROUND. IN THIS PLACE THE GROUND WAS NOT FLAT SO IT HAD TO DO!
