Not myself but many of my customers tell me they do not have as many symptoms to many different things when drinking raw goat milk. Arthritis and allergies seem to be the most popular. Lots of parents of babies see and increase in weight and development when feeding raw goat milk verse formula to thier infants.

Its not just the goats milk but alot of life style changes that played a part of my changes. I also drink alot of kefir

About 6 years ago my Lupus was so bad I tried all kinds of stuff including anti maleria {sp} drugs. I was on about 6 vicodine a day for pain muscle relaxers and sleeping pills.

Today I almost never take more than an otc pain pill.

My husband's boss's boss has two daughters that both have terrible food allergies. The older one became anorexic when she got older trying to avoid all that she was not supposed to eat. The boss got some goats milk for his daughters and found that it is one thing that they can consume with no ill effect...My 1 1/2 old is one of the healthiest kiddos I've ever seen. After mama's milk he went straight to goat milk. I don't think it's just a coincidence. We drink ours raw, I do think that makes a difference.

I guess we will never really know how much the goat milk has helped us, since we can't do a controlled study comparison

But I will say I have never felt better about giving my family such a healthy product.

We have three kids, 1 has 1 fd. allergy, 1 has 10 and the other has 55 fd. allergies along with celiac and diabetes. I have 1 allergy and 3 auto. diseases also. We were reduced to having to buy multiple milk products to compensate for the allergies and for the one child there wasn't a milk product he wasn't allergic to (besides goat) and cooking was a nightmare.

Personally I think my son's trouble started with allergies compromising his immune system (I think that was his trigger for the auto. diseases).

Before goats milk my son was having trouble getting enough calories and fat in his diet due to all his restrictions. I am so thankful for goats milk!

I also know at 50 and is it goatmilk or just the lifestyle of dairying, but I am soo much younger than my peers, especially the women my age.

I have always heard wonderful stories from my customers, especially those with chornic health problems, infants the elderly, about improved health....but nothing in comparison to raw milk and kefir. So much so that I give it away, use it myself and share the info with everyone....now the live stuff not the powdered freeze dried nonsense Vicki

I suspect it's got a whole lot to do with getting exercise, fresh air and doing what you love. The goat's milk certainly doesn't hurt!

I just recieved a thank you note from a new customer. He is in his 80s and said he had some very bad health problems,I din't ask what. His note was so thankful for" a second chance at health" . Kinda says it all.

Steff do you also give away kefir grains ? I can send you some next week if not for the cost of postage. I think they really have helped me.

To make them grow faster leave them in the same milk for a week or so . Rinse divid and start them in new milk . Not sure why but they grow great when left for about a week.

I've got 4 months to go, and still have lots more pepper than salt in my hair. I look at my city friends, they are mid 40s with nearly all gray hair. One guy, I went to his birthday last year and I thought it was gonna be his sixtieth, and it turned out to be his FIFTIETH!

Ol Eddie Albert was onto something!
