How do I find out what the laws/regulations are in my state (Arizona) if I want to sell raw goat milk?

Google "Arizona State Statutes". Usually the state will have a website from which you can find the statutes - usually in the court areas. Also check your local zoning and city/county rules (harder to find online but you can go to their office and ask).

You can also phone your local Cooperative Extension service or Agriculture Department.

It is illegal to sell raw goat's milk in the state of Arizona, without a grade A dairy license. Realmilk.com will give you more specifics.
