bumps and chapping

So, two of my girls have small bumps on their udders and teats. Just bumps, not breaking open or anything. They don't seem to bother the girls either. It all of a sudden in the past few weeks has become very rainy and doesn't want to dry up. Their bedding is clean and dry as much as possible. I researched past threads and saw to use Clorhexiderm on them and it will clear it up. Well, our feed store is more like a pet store so we can't get much here, so I will have to order some online. Is there something I can use that I can get at the local people store?

As for chapping, my girls do badly in the winter and I read that you should not use petroleum products on them as it can hold in bacteria. What should I use instead? What do you guys use? Any home recipes?

for bad chapping i use this stuff in a yellow tub called corona it has a red cap, our feed store carries it and our Mays home health store carries it (i have used it on my feet several times and works great on dipper rash) before it gets bad you might try using the avon skin so soft, i used it on my girls udders this year after milking and they didnt get chapped at all.
