How do you train a goat?

I am planning on teaching two does to pull a wagon. Right now they will walk on a leash, but not very well. Does anyone have any tips on how I could get them to do better? And how would I even begin to teach them to pull a wagon?
One more thing - what kind of harness would I need to use when they are pulling a wagon? Would I be able to make something to use?
