Baby goat pics ...

So I didn't post any pics back in March when they were born because I had pneumonia, but found them when cleaning, and thought I'd post this now. March babies. I'm only several months late ...

Mama's an unregistered Nigerian I got at a dispersal sale. She's a fantastic mom and milks about a quart a day, though she's a complete pain to milk.

The little white doeling is all white except for a few black hairs between her shoulderblades and a black mustache. She has enough personality for ten does -- she earned the name "Trouble" within her first day of life because she was so adventurous she kept losing her mama. The other baby is a buckling. He's now for sale; I didn't get him dehorned. (See above about pneumonia, sigh.)

They are sooooo cute. We had 3 pygmy babies in March too. We also have unregistered nigerians and we love them all. Each one is unique & special in their own way!
