Cheese recipes...

The sticky link above has most of the cheese recipes removed, which makes it useless in my opinion. So would anyone like to share goat milk cheese recipes with me? My husband wants me to make cheese, but I have never done it before, so I'd like your tried and true recipes if you would like to share them. Recipes for any or all kinds of goat milk cheeses would be appreciated.

HI... I have been trying to get some sort of replies regarding this same topic on several different forums and chat groups and have been coming up empty...
I did find one for Panir aka Queso Blanco at Fias Co. Farms website...

and I googled The World's Easies Cheese and got a vinegar cheese recipe there...

I would love to share whatever you learn as I am very interested in getting started.

I am trying to do something simple just to get my hands wet because I don't have the funds to buy presses and what not... so simple is what I can afford at this point...
