Buck Jam

Hi all,

Our son brought home a gallon of buck jam (for deer)

It is a liquid you pour out on the ground or on a stump to attract deer, who supposedly love it.
It's this stuff:

Can the goats eat this? Would it be okay for them? I know from last year, they loved eating the persimmons off the ground.

I won't give any to the goats unless its okay...but I can't find information to say if it is safe for goats.

Any advice?
Thanks,
Tamar

Hi would call the place that makes it and ask if it's safe. Or call your vet.
