I have butchered and eaten Boer, Lamancha, Nubian, Alpine and Saanen. They all tasted good to me with no discernable taste difference.

I have eaten Togg, Nubian , Fr. Alpine and those crosses. No differnce in my experience. And marbleing is not a term I would use to describe goat meat.

Taste has more to do with how it was killed and butchered than anything else.

The only difference I have seen in the taste is how they are cooked or seasoned
they were probley thinking sheep
