Pen G doseage please!!!

I have a little goatie with a cough and 105 degrees temp. I am thinking some pneumo?? I want to give her some Penicillin I don't have the doseage....it says to check the insert for complete instructions and I guess those are missing or something. Can anyone help me out on amount/lbs and how often for the complete course? Thanks!!

# Goat dose: SQ Injection

* 1ml per 15 lbs. twice daily - Treat from 5-14 days, never less than 5. It should be used at least 5 days and until all symptoms have disappeared, whichever comes first.

I believe you will want to treat one day past the last day of the symptoms.
