Recipe needed for young goat

I am cooking a young dairy buck this weekend . Any suggestion on how and what type of marinade welcome . I think we will be cooking him on an open fire.

The best goat we've ever cooked was cooked this way:

Dig a pit, build a big fire, let it die down to coals.
Take whole kid, stuff with onions, garlic, peppers, etc. Drizzle with olive oil and your choice of spices. Wrap in foil, bury for 4-6 hours depending on the size of the kid. It's done when the meat falls off the bones.

Sincerely;
Niki
