Handy wound tool

I ran across this on another thread and thought it might make a good tool to have in the medicine chest for closing wounds.

Way to cool! I wish I would have had one of them about a year ago. My dog got a good gash on her side ( don't know how) and I got it all shaved and cleaned and then once I saw how bad it was I knew she needed to be stapled. Vet bill was $350. Thanks for the site. Since I have moved south I haven't thought about going to that site for nifty things... Used to go there all the time when I lived up north and was on National Ski Patrol.

It should be a lot easier to use on a struggling goat than needle and thread.

Ooooh, I gotta me one of those! If you have to ever use on on yourself its much more tollerable and quicker then needle and thread as well.

They sell those in the Jeffers catalog, too. I bet it would be cheaper, too, seeing as how that's cabela's. They're always a tad pricey... but so fun to shop at!
