Update...

My little goat is confusing me so badly... She is up walking around one day and eating everything and the next too weak to get up.. i gave her some electrolites, this stuff called bounce back... and she got the scowers right after but then she did get up and eat a little and then the scowers went away. Is this good or bad that bounce back has this effect on her, because she is back to only eating a little bit at a time... but she will eat more after she drinks this stuff, but it gives her the scowers for 30 mins or so. but today is one of the too weak to get up days... i had to tilt the bowl this morning to get her to eat any, however after she refused the milk i gave her that bounce back and she ate some... also my neighbor offered to tube her for me ( he has cows, said it would be the same thing) so i think i am going to have him give it a try..

I would say that tubing is a good idea. She needs nutrition and fluids. Scouring can dehydrate her.

What is she eating? Have you given her probiotics and B vitamin lately? It's important to keep nutrients flowing into her.

UTD on shots ? Last worming ? Temp ? How old is she ?

Tubing is fine but at this point I think she needs sub q fluids. Better yet IV.

roughly 4 weeks old now, she was wormed a few days ago, i have givin her b complex and LA 200 and cocci meds just incase also she does eat hay some, and she will usually drink milk however the last few days have been either really good (eating 8-10 oz ) or really bad (can't get up to eat or drink) on those days i move the water close to her and milk and hay so she doesn't have to do anything.

What was she wormed with ? She needs at least sub q fluids. As your vet for some. Make first size pockets above the shoulder blades when they are absorbed make more.

She also needs iron I am guessing . Red cell works well . Check the eye lids , what was she wormed with ? What are you using for coccidia ?

I would try to find a vet or a goat person around you quick. This does not sound right. I have no clue about why she would be up and down. This is different than her missing her mom or not wanting a bottle. I hope you find someone to help...Good Luck.

These vets are within 15 miles of you that are not only dog and cat. I have no idea if they treat goats or can help you. I also found you a web site that you can look for her symptoms on.
Bottle babies can make you crazy! Good Luck.

You may want to try a different electrolyte since Bounceback may be making her dehydrate by scouring.

How did the tubing go?

Try giving her something called NursemateASAP. It's made for newborn calves, but I use it for goat kids. I'll squirt a little in a kid's mouth if it won't eat and also give a shot of B complex. This usually gets them back to drinking their milk. I also spoonfeed plain yogurt with live culture. I'd do the probiotics even if you get your neighbor to tube her.
