Goats, OLD horse poop, and a tummy ?

Hi all -i'm TOTALLY new to goats (they aren't even here yet). Their stall has some very old, dry horse manure in it. I'm compltey worm paranoid after reading this board and was wondering if I need to remove all of the old poop?
Any tips for getting them settled in and not upsetting their tummies? I'm worried that our pasture (using that term loosely) is much more lush than what they are coming from.
Thanks!

Most parasites are "host specific" meaning the ones that affect horses dont affect goats.

As far as the pasture question, load them up with hay before turning them out, or limit their time on the pasture for a while to get them used to the new diet

Tetanus is more prevelent in areas where horses have been, so make sure to keep them UTD on the CD&T vaccines
