Free disbudding iron

Someone gave this to me, but I don't need it, so I'd like to pass it on. It is a disbudding iron for goat kids. I don't know the make or model. Its not a Rhinehart is all I know. It needs to have a new cord or the old one re-wrapped as you can see in the pictures. I heated it up and it gets plenty hot, made an instant ring on a piece of wood. If someone wants to pay the price of the shipping, I'll send it to them.
