no, not gonna make that, but we are going to a Showmaster Clinic in Perry on June 23rd. Being new to goats and showing, we thought it would be good for the kids...and us!! We are going w/ a 4H group. Have you ever been to one?

No I have never shown goats.I have boers and don't have children so no one to show. The show here next weekend usually gets alot of people. We also have a boer goat show here in Sept. That gets people from all over.I am going to go watch and learn and may take some pictures.

Where is Clarksville? I am in west central GA on the border of Alabama. I was planning on going up near Atlanta next weekend. How far is it from there? We went to a goat exhibition in Carrolton a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it but I don't think they have had another one. If they have, I wasn't aware of it. I am about 90 minutes east of Perry and went to the fair last year but only got to see the pygmies as all the other breeds had left.
