Quest wormer
I have used Quest. It is 4 times stronger than Cydectin, so the dosage is different. It is difficult to use because the calculated amount to be given per goat is very small- it is best to determine the amount to give each goat as per their weight, then measure out the correct amount of the Quest gel into a small syringe for accurate dosing.
The dosage for goats is 0.5mg/kg given orally. One ml of Quest contains 20mg moxidectin.
So, for a 100 pound goat, the calculated amount to give comes out to be just over 1 ml. (1.14 cc to be exact)
