Scrub up and if you think it's necessary, just hold the little feet and don't let them go back in. Don't pull...let mom do the work.

Are there 2 feet and a nose? If you don't see a nose the head could be turned.

Give her a little more time -- or you can pull with the next push...up to you. I would not worry yet, sounds like it is going OK.

Are they front feet or hind feet? If they are front feet, is the nose at least near-by (stick your finger in and feel for it). If the nose is there and everything is positioned properly give her some more time. They have a lot of stretching to do and if you go in and start pulling you could tear them. Is this a first freshener?

No nose? I just had that happen. Head was too big to pass the pelvis. We had to do a c-section. Don't let her labor too long before calling for help.

We have had them where the feet acrtually stuck out for minutes before the rest came. I agree you may want to feel for the nose and head size to be sure you're still in the normal range - may make you feel better. ...Good luck!!!

first off, don't panic. You will need to scrub up, lube up and go into her. Make sure alla rings are removed and no long nails. Hold on to the feet, and walk up the legs and feel for the head. It it is turned, then you have to try to get that head in the right position. Sometimes it will not stay so you have to hold it with a finger of so, pull with her contractions. good Luck

That's probably one of the most common malpresentations. Scrub up and feel first, if there's a nose, be ready to catch, if not feel a little further and if still no head, you'll probably need to push the feet back in to get everything lined up. Hope it goes well for you both!
