Cute babies. It's normal for small newborns to not drink alot at first. Just check them every few hours to see if they will eat. Watch to see that they are pooping as well. If they have not passed their meconium by a day old, give them a warm water enema. Is the doe Boer or dairy? If she is a dairy goat, she may not have actually raised her kids before. Watch her udder. Some does don't come into much milk until a day or two fresh. If she were my goat, I'd milk her and give it to the babies. That is unless you want to dry her up. If that's the case, check her udder a couple of times a day without bumping it too much, or it will make her let down her milk. If she has a fair amount of Boer in her, she should dry up fine.
