WTB freshened Nubian near So. Oregon

We want to go ahead and get some milking going on, so we're ready to just buy a freshened Nubian (with or without kids). We have a yearling Nubian, but she won't be bred until fall, so it will be another year before she begins giving us any milk.

We could travel a ways, maybe 100 miles (one-way) from the Grants Pass, Oregon area.

We don't need a show goat, nor a record-setting producer - just a good first-milk-goat type! She will be loved and very well fed (but not overfed!!) and have a very happy life here on the ranch!

THANKS!!

Why cant you milk zephyr? Or breed daisy? lol. Goats milk is goats milk, pretty much.
Contact Betty Longman on Dick George Rd. She has a very well known and respected line of nubians.
DH said i couldnt have one of the kids
You really need to come over and see Molly, shes wider than she is tall, and no sign of popping yet, lol.

Hi Tracey,

I am about 100 miles north of you and the lady I am helping do her chores has three does she is wanting to sell. They are show herd goats, but she has to downsize and these are the least likely to do well in the ring. She wants $250 for them , because that's what she can get from the dairy in Lebanon. Let me know if you want the number...oh and you can also do a search for "Elk Brook NUbians."
