In order to share pictures on forums such as these they need to be hosted on the internet somewhere. The easiest way is to get a free account at www.photobucket.com. Once you have an account upload your picture to it. Once uploaded there will be urls listed below the picture. Highlight the url with IMG in brackets around it. Copy and then paste that here in the message.
Let me know if you need more explanation than that.
