ND juniors not coming into heat

I have two 10/11 month junior nigierian does. Had been coming into regular heats since fall. Bit the last time I saw heat in them was maybe December, one in January. Since then nothing. They are exposed to a buck every day, no sign. I am also boarding a year old junior who's been here for 25 days and nothing with her either.
Any ideas? I know heats can be weaker in late winter/early spring but still they should be cycling. The only thing I can figure is it has been a wacky winter here - exceptionally warm first half of Jan, then extremely cold. A rollercoaster up and down since then.
I want to breed for fall kiddings and this is frustrating. Anyone else have this experience?

Are you sure they didn't already take?
I had 3 ND doelings that were doing the same. We also had above norm temps in Dec/Jan then sub zero's in Feb. I gave them shots of lut in Feb (wanted July kids) and 2 of the 3 cycled again, the 3rd didn't until the other day, almost a full month after (too late). Some of my other juniors didn't cycle regularly either (that I saw) but I wasn't planning on breeding them this year anyway.

I hand breed all does so I'm positive they were not bred. I hate to resort to luting them but if I want kids this year I may have to.

Funny you should post this, I'm having the exact same experience but one doe did conceive in January, the other would have none of it. I'm not going to force the issue. I do think however that she will be ready in the Fall, so i think she'll be by Fall breeding/spring baby doe. Oh, and we have also had two bucks nearby and she's somewhat flirting but showing no signs of real interest.

I've had the same problem as well. I am in Florida and last year was above average temps, plus we've had a bad drought, and generally wacky weather. When I put my girls in with the buck in the fall, only 3 of the 6 concieved. And one in particular hasn't showed even the slightet sign of heat. I put the others back in with him and one of the three definitely took and will be due in about a month, but the others did not at that time, and I finally just left them in with him, although still haven't seen them go into heat. We'll see....
