Sick goat... what is wrong with her?

Got home this afternoon, went to let Molly (N. Dwarf doeling) out of the coop. Since she's our only goaat, she currently lives with the chickens for companionship.
She was fine this morning and yesterday, but when I went to let her out, she just lay there, not on her side or anything, typical resting goat pose. She usually bleats, runs to me for an ear scaratch, then out to graze. I had to stand her up and carry her out.
Her poo is not the typical little raisins, more mushed together and covered in an egg-white like substance. She urinated fine, but the poo and lethargy has me worried.

Also, when I was making her walk, she usually makes a fuss when she is forced to go somewhere, the slightest pressure makes her bleat and rear; got one halfhearted bleat and she planted her feet, none of her usual antics. Eyes and nose are clear, she is wanting to graze, has a sort of "drooppy" look to her face and ears, though.

Hi Jen, you'll get more/better answers than mine, but why don't you list what if any coccidia/worming/vaccinations she's had in her life. Also what she eats. Take her temp with a regular oral thermometer in her rear end, should be between 102 F but not higher than 104 F. Are her inner eyelids pink or pale?

I'd get on the horn and call around for a livestock vet. A fecal sample may provide answers too. Usually with young goats it is something going on in their gut like coccidia.

Best to get on this quickly, before she goes down. Why do they get sick on weekends ?

Thanks both; sorry for the cruddy info on my part, 'fraid I was a bit rushed.

I gave her milk of magnesia, after trying the baking soda drench, walked her, rubbed/patted her rumen, and got several unlady-like belches from the tiny girl. She seems to be feeling better, just tired as it is a good hour after she usually turns in.
She is definitely out of the coop, seems she got into their feed (THIS is why I've been feeding them goat feed, oh wonderful hubby!), poor thing. Ah well, her pal should be here in two weeks, guess I can go ahead and move her.

I was sure I had read that chicken poop is poisonous to goats so you never let them board together. Am I wrong about that?
