discharge on doe

I have a ND doe who is due 4/11 (day 150) who has a creamy, white-ish discharge today. This doe is HUGE (20 in. + across) and is probably carrying quads (1st kidding was quints) or she just ate a goat or two (whole) from the pasture. This is her 3rd freshening. She delivered her quints and twins the following year with no assistance.

She has not sunk at all, but not much room to do so either since her belly is already only about 5 inches off the ground, her vulva was a little elongated today, she's uddered up, but isn't hard, the ligaments are still there as well. She is not acting any stranger than usual and isn't in any distress.

I've never had a doe discharge with this much time left to go. Should I worry?
Though I adore her, this doe always gives me fits!! I think it is her personal crusade to make me crazy.
