I hope she'll be okay!

Decided to go ahead and dairy clip my very heavy bred (due 4-1) nigerian doe today. I have a higher milkstand so I can milk standing up if I wish, so they jump up on the 2' x 3' "stool" and then up onto the stand. Well, she jumped onto the stool just fine and when she got on the milk stand, I don't know what she did, but all of the sudden she's falling over backwards and fell flat on her back on the floor! Thankfully it's rubber matted with pine shavings.

Dixie seems to be just fine herself, but I hope those kids inside her are too. She's huge, she has to have at least trips in there, it's her 3rd freshening.

Please keep her continued well-being in your mind. Thank you!

Wow, what a scare. I hope everything turns out OK and you have some wonderful babies on April Fool's Day.

Well, Dixie is okay this a.m. yet, still big and uncomfortable. Fingers are crossed! Thanks for the well wishes.
