stumped on doe kid not eating

I have a 3.5 week old ND doe kid, the largest of trips. Yesterday morning she just stood around like she was cold, that sick look in her eyes, not nursing. Then after taking a morning nap with mom she woke up, seemed to snap out of it and nursed vigorously and ate her grain and hay for the rest of the day. This morning same scenario except it's late afternoon and she hasn't eaten all day. Mostly lying around/sleeping in the sun. Her temp this morning was 101.8. Not constipated, she passed perfect berries. Doesn't appear to be bloated. No respiratory signs. She and her sibs were scratching some time back and I dusted them with lice powder. I don't see lice. Mom had CD&T. I have not wormed her yet. Eyelids/gums seem to be okay, maybe slightly off? I'm giving her B-complex and some baking soda. Her sibs are fine, running around/eating etc.
Any suggestions? If she's not eating tomorrow into the vet she goes.

Are you in a selenium deficient area? I'm still new at this, but I am almost willing to bet a seasoned person will suggest a BO/SE shot. It seems to be a common suggestion for lethargic does and kids.

She should be wormed and treated for coccidia.

I agree with both the prior posts, but perhaps a fecal would be a good idea first.

Yesterday after a few b shots, a bit of Nutridrench and a BoSe, this morning it was like this girl was never sick, jumping around, nursing and eating grain and hay. I was quite worried about her, so I'm wondering if maybe the BoSe was the key? Just hope no setback.
