Purebred Boer Buckling Pics

Here is my $20.00 Purebred Boer Buckling. His name is Brave Heart. As you would expect from a bottle baby he is friendlier than heck. He is 5 weeks old and is out of a Grand Champion Boer Buck from Balolo Boer Ranch.

Yes spoiled rotten and not good for a Buck to be kept intact for breeding. Will have to watch this one.

He is eating well. Bottle 3 times a day, eating some of our grain mix - not giving him too much yet, and eating alfalfa hay and oak leaves and anything else he can nibble on.

WOW!!! and you paid $20.00??? GOOD SHOW!!!!

We just got back from the Navasoda auction barn. I felt really bad for the sellers today. Bred boer does were going for under 50.00. Mom bought 4 does and 5 doelings and paid under 450.00 for them all plus all the auction fees/taxs. I guess late winter is the time to buy.
