Colostrum testing CAE definative(sp)?

So after wading through days of postings I was wondering, If the colostrum test posative, it's realy posative, and if it tests negative it's realy negative.

I would realy rather not have 6 seperate tests (blood and colostrum) done at three diferent labs if I can avoid it.

Thank you so much! There was so much info on the other thread that I became confused on an issue I thought I already decided on.

I haven't bought my first goat yet. I like my ducks (or does) in a row!

samantha if you are planning to buy your first goats make sure you buy only from tested negative herds. don't be shy and ask if you can see the test result. every breeder that is honest will show it to you.
test the animals when they arived at your place after they have settled a little bit and than blood test them again.
goats are wonderful animals for the true homesteader.

I called Dr. Jim Everman at WADDL. Had a nice long chat. All the info is on thier web site. I plan to print it all out.

Thanks a lot!
