help please

I posted this here, even though it's concerning a ewe. There are more of you watching right now and I need help fast. I had a ewe go into labor 2 days ago, she ended up have a c-section at a hospital last night. The babies didn't make it. The vet can find no cause other than she didn't dialate. However, my ewe, who is still at the vet, is doing poor. I have told him to save her, but he is at a loss on what more to do. I have suggested him to try more fluid and glucose.....but know nothing else that will help. She has already been given massive does of antibotics. Please tell me anything that might help.

Have him give her calcium treatment and b complex. Ketosis goes to milk fever, milk fever needs calcium treatment, weakens the hind end and can cause a ewe not to dilate. She will still need the calcium treatment (and glucose). She needs it quickly, not drench, sub q or better, intravenous.

Just got it on the Sheep page. Hope she pulls through - any chance she would do better at home - in her own bed so to speek?

I think she would do better at home too. But the vet said not until Monday, because he has to do some things I couldn't at home. If she makes it until Monday, I bringing her back here. I posted a little more on the sheep page. Thanks for all ya'lls help.
