You could contact the breeder, if she is registered you should get your money back or a new kid this spring, however this breeder deals with this. You should be able to keep the doeling for a pet, but her signed paperwork would go back to the breeder. If it is ADGA registered and the breeder does not do most of the above you can contact me privately for help.
If she is a pet, you have no show aspirations than just keep her. Do not let anyone cut off her teats that doesn't know what they are doing. If you cut off teats with orifices or pick the wrong teats to cut off you are in more trouble than just the look of this kid. They would need to be cut, the area inside stitched with the skin stitched or stapled over it. Breed her, get her into mllk than if the extra teats bother you have them removed when you have her dried up that first year, this way there is no mistake made. Make sure whoever you breed her to does not have extra teats or cut off teats, they are inhereited, so you can expect some of her kids to carry them. Vicki
