You are what you eat. Depends what the goat's are fed. If you feed your goats a commerical dairy ration and alfalfa, their milk tastes like 4% grocery store milk. That's my opinion anyway.

If the milk is good and fresh I cannot tell the difference.

if the milk is good and fresh i can tell the difference because the milk from my animals taste very sweet and has not the plastic after taste

In general you might also taste a bit more richness from nigerian milk with its increased butterfat content.
