5 day old goat kid. Constipated?

How often do goat kids have a BM? I have one that has not went for about 3 days. She went twice in one day when she was 2 days old and then hasn't went since. She is now 5 days old. She acts fine. She is a bottle baby on mama's milk. How long should I wait before giving her an enema or suppository?

She should be having a BM a few times a day. I would not wait to give an enema. I have used water with a few drops of dish soap in a 3cc syringe (no needle) and they normally will pass something within a few minutes.

more info

I forgot to mention that she almost died at 2 days of age from hypothermia and she now in the house. She just started eating real good yesterday at four days of age. Could that be why she has not had a BM? As I mentioned earlier. she is acting fine and her abdomen is soft.

Any more advice?

Should I still give the goat an enema or should I wait awhile longer?

Finally

I called the vet and she told me to give her Probios and electrolytes. Well, that is working now. I gave her an enema today (milk and molasses) with decent results, but she is really bound up. I think it will resolve now. I am supposed to give her Probios 2 times a day as well as one bottle of electrolytes for a couple of days.
