Butter Fat %

Does anyone have experience or knowlegde or know of another person that knows how to check butterfat % at home? I have been seperating our goat milk and trying to see if there is a way to figure fat % in order to offer our customers 2% 0r 1% goat milk. Thanks for any help you may provide. Mark

Do you mean butterfat %...do have a local dairy company...we take ours in little jars to the factory and in the lab they stick it on a special machine which measures all levels protein butterfat etc etc....I dont think it would be accurate if you could do it home.
