Swollen face! Acting weird!

Ok this is a new one for me. Have a nubian doe 7 years old, 3 mos prego-normally playful and friendly. Friday she came up and her entire face and neck were swollen like the mumps! Slight fever, but she was acting very very bucky???? tried to touch her face and she got agressive. She ate and has been drinking ok.Shot her with the pen-g that evening. Saturday some of the swelling was gone down but still acts very agressive and bucky! Any guesses anyone? Vet is out of town this weekend, of course!Concerned about what would make her face and neck swell up so much. It is now Sunday evening and I have given her 3 shots of pen-g and the swelling has decreased but not gone away. I have had does act bucky, but not showing signs of illness too. Her environment and feed have not changed.

I have a pygmy doe that used to act like a buck. We could always tell when one of the other does was in heat because "Dolly" would be all over that doe.....making the snorts and the "heh, heh, heh" sounds, etc.

My kids always referred to her as "you know, the one that turned gay." During her "gay" time, she never got bred. After a couple of years, though, she did get bred and her bucky behavior stopped. Don't know if that was a coincedence or if there was a connection.

Anyway, Dolly has since "straightened" out and now just acts like a normal doe. Also, I no longer have any bucks, so maybe that has something to do with her not acting like one (?).

We have a older Alpine that does this. But she is a weird one anyway. We got her last year and She has been a milker in the past but now I think she just might be to old. She has been with our buck for a year and still nothing
