Questions about worms

I read to pull down the bottom eyelid to see the color as an indicator of worms. Is this referring to the membrane ON the eye, or the inside of the actual eyelid?

Also, can I use Zimecterin (ivermectin 1.87% paste) for a goat? If so, how would you measure it, as it's for horses. What about Zimectrin gold (1.55% ivermectin and 7.75% praziquantel)? I have some of that as well. One of the does is pregnant.

It's the inside of the eyelid you're looking at. If it's white or pale pink they have worms. I don't use Zimecterin so maybe some else can help on that.

The scale on the paste wormer is by weight. I tape my goats and give them what it calls for ie 200 lbs to 300 lbs. The wormer is pretty safe as I gave one wild half grown kid the entire tube (accidentally). It did not have any adverse reactions.

Whatever the weight states on the tube I double it for goats.
