Recordkeeping book.

Does anyone have a link to a simple recordkeeping book or printable sheet I could put in a notebook for goats? I haven't kept good records & want to start before I can't remember!

Thanks.

I use my 4H club record sheets, lol. Here's a printable set I found online.

I make my own, and they're pretty good, I make doe, wether, and buck records as well as herd health and milking records. Email me if you're interested, they're in Microsoft Excel format.
