Gay sheep vaccine

Reasearch is being done at the university of Oregon to create a vaccine against gayness in sheep. I guess some sheep have homosexual tendencies so they are trying to stop the sheep from acting gay. Maybe it would help to increase the population of sheep herds? If they were less gay? I don't know.

I'd sooner see research into a vaccine that would keep stupid people from posting offensive crap like this.

Actually I think owning livestock goes a very long way into making the fringe types, understand that what some consider abhorant behavior is quite normal in the animal world.

You can't vaccinate away normal behavior, just like you can't pray away gay. Vicki

Uh, who's paying for this? I don't care if a sheep/goat/cow/neighbor/whatever is gay. I don't want to pay for what I consider unneeded research.

Gee, if you got an animal that doesn't want to breed, wether it out, fatten it up, and put it in the freezer.

Does it take a genius to figure this out? I want a government grant to study why my goats all demand breakfast at the same time every morning whether I want to get up or not...

What gives you the right to call people "stupid" when they post something they feel may be relevant to the subject?? If you don't like the subject, you actually have the ability NOT to click on it and read it. Name calling shows your true colors.

Or a biologist who's tired of this manufactured issue diverting discussion and resources away from actual challenges we are facing like climate change.

Red face

Ain't free speech fun? God only knows I put my foot in my mouth often enough to qualify for quarantine; our brains and bodies are designed to interpret communication based SO MUCH on body language and facial expressions(its absolutely amazing AND WONDERFUL how our brain works!) The internet takes away our ability to have that extra piece of the puzzle, so messages can be sent that don't fully deliver the message that was intended. So, let's not get our collective knickers in a twist...

Here is a link to the study - NOT a Vaccine but rather, and I will quote form the article here, "They would also like to know whether sexual preferences can be altered by manipulating the prenatal hormone environment, such as by using drugs to prevent the actions of androgen in the fetal sheep brain. "

Well mabe it is a vaccine

The entire article is posted at the link below

Climate's change? Yeah that's a fact, not a new development. Ask Mr. Gore when he gets out of his 7 car Suburban convoy to go to his speaking engagements.
