cattle panels in the forest

Would cattle panels keep goats in their pen if the pen was in the forest?

Absolutely! Added bonus: no pounding posts if the trees are spaced right......

only thing to look out for - with their rigidity, when you have uneven ground, you have some gaps. Nothing like a few large rocks or logs to rectify this -

Just love um, if your newborns low crawl through the holes just attach some 24 inch high, 2x4 hole garden wire to the bottom portion of the panels. I only use this wire on the bottoms of my gates to the little guys/gals in their place..Tenneessee John

We use the 4" square hole goat panel, we had some problems with horned goats getting heads caught in the larger size openings.
