I think we have cocci.......HELP!

I have very loose poops with mucus and blood and no appetite in a 1 1/2 year old doe. No other warning signs...just hit yesterday.

Got the poop dried up with Biosol...She still won't eat I have some Di-methox 40% but not sure how much to give.

Can you guys help me?

Don't know about Di-methox 40%. There are dosages posted at Fiasco Farm, but it says 12.5%.

Or you can use sulmet. Every feed mill around here carries it, so maybe yours does too.

" To treat a herd that is already infected with coccidia, administer three to five cc's of undiluted liquid Di-Methox 12.5% orally to each kid daily for five consecutive days. For adults, dose at eight to ten cc's in the same manner. Di-Methox 12.5% can also be added to drinking water; follow package directions"

According to this I would say if you have 40% then youd cut the dosage to 1/3 of this amount. Youd probably be better off calling a Vet to confirm this though.
