Help!!!!! Help !!!!!

Several weeks ago,
I was taking my daughter and her horse over to a friends house to practice Barrel racing in their horse area. My friend had also bought a young Nubian buck from me that I was taking to her. I loaded up the horse and tack and then put the goat in a dog kennel in the back of the truck and off we went. Upon arrival we unloaded the horse and tacked up, deciding to leave the goat in the kennel until we finished riding. We were leaving the barn, when two Sheriffs Deputes rounded the side of the building. My friend ask what the problem was, in which one of the Deputes ask who was the owner of the Gold Chevy Truck with the White Horse Trailer in tow. "That would be me" I Spoke up -Not knowing what in the world I had done wrong! "Well" said the deputy "we had a 911 call into the station that someone pulling the description of your rig - had a lady tied in the back of the horse trailer and she was yelling "Help" - At that very moment the Little buck in the back of the truck hollered "Help" like all Nubians will do. The officers looked back at me as I proceded to explain that the kidnaped lady was actually a young Nubian goat in the back of my truck... Both officers broke into hysterical laughter, along with the 10 Plus people from the barn. True Story!!!!!!!!
I think people will forever ask me if I have kipnapped anyone lately.

Love those loud mouth Nubians!!!!!!!!!!!

That's hilarious!!! I'm glad the cops were amused. My Nubian cross is such a drama queen too - everyone else says "meh-eh-eh" or "Bleah!" but she has to say "Woe-oe-oe" like a fainting Victorian lady.

I'm surprised the neighbours haven't called the SPCA when I trim hooves on some of my Nigies. Sounds like small children being tortured while having a tantrum.

Ha, ha ha!!! I needed a good laugh today! Thanks! Our nubians imitate my husband calling one of our great pyrenees dogs, Boomer. The goats call Boooooooooooo-mer! No one believes us, tho.

LOL! TOO FUNNY! I got yelled at before for "calling for my mother, and then not answering her", when I tried to explain to my mom that I had not called her, that I was on the other side of the house at the time, she didn't believe me, that is until Gabby, our boer doe, started yelling "MA" all over again. Funny thing is that she actually sounds a lot like me.

LOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Our 8 month old Boer buck, Turk, is in the beginning of rut, and now yells, "WHAT? WHAT? WHAT?" constantly!!! The first time we heard him doing that, we were holding our stomachs cuz we were laughing so hard! (I only ever had Alpine bucks before, and they just sound like people getting their toes cut off one at a time or something. LOL!!!!!! ) Goats are GREAT!
