I don't know if you have gone before. I was to 3 or 4 of these weekends and I would like to highly reccommend this to every goat owner. I am no longer raising goats so I won't be there. It is still great and I never met anyone there I didn't enjoy.

Hi Patty, Yes we are going and this will be the third time I've gone. Unfortunately, it's tough for us to get help here at home so we're only going on Saturday. It's a little over a 2 hour drive for us.

The cabins available are at several different levels of comfort. Some people can bunk in a room with others or there are 3 sided pavilions to sleep under. Some sleep in their trucks and campers. Come dressed for the weather, wear your barn boots if it's raining. Donations of food are GREATLY appreciated. Can't wait to see Dr. Mary do another necropsy.

I just got the schedule and there is something going on every minute of each day. Stuff geared for kids, teens, adults. Cooking (meat, cheese, milk, fudge) judging techniques, AI class, just too much to list.

Patty

I would live to go, This would be my first year and it would be great to have someone there from the forum to connect with. I would greatly appreciate someone to share a room with also. The info says they are saving a block of rooms at the local Holiday Inn for $75 for up to four people. Would you be staying both nights? If there are any other women, sorry guys, that might be interested in sharing the cost of a room we could really make this a cheap weekend since the fee for the outing is still only $25!

Let's firm up plans...I'm excited!!
