Confused

OK this is just crazy and i don't know how to explain it or how it happened. I milk my goats twice a day, 3 Sanaans. I average a gallon with each one. Well one of them did somthing very bazaar. I milked her day before yesterday and got 12 lbs. A gallon and half.
Well yesterday and today she is back on track with around a gallon a day. Why would she give so much one day and then go back to normal? No milkings where skipped and always milk same time of day. Just a one day jump. Thanks for any ideas on this one.

Did she get into a patch of "good clover" that the other two weren't privy to? It's the only thing that comes to mind......otherwise it "just happens".......

Perhaps she is about to go into heat. Sometimes they will give more just before heat, then drop off during.
