Can you worm a goat with the runs?

Today is thier second dose of valbazon. Amelia has the runs and is off the feed a bit, was toally fine and active yesterday. Can I still worm her with the runs or will it upset her system too much??? I'm keeping a close eye on her today and have the vet on speed dial if need be.
thanks
corry

Thanks. Temp is normal and what i meant by off feed was, not to intereted in grain but still into the hay and such. I'm just so used to her stampeding into the barn for her hay...such a piggy. She is better today, poop firming up. Gave her some probiotics and electolites yesterday and kept a real close eye. The other goat Anna is fine.

One of my girls doesn't eat too well for a day or two after worming either. Definitely keep up the Probios though. I would give her 5 or 10 ccs (or whatever those numbers on the dial mean?) for a week or so.
