Chicken Massage

Ha ha ha...ok I was out watching my goats, which I do every morning when I feed them, and I saw my chickens, who are in the same pen, "picking nits" off my goats! The chicken was picking at the hind quarters of a buck and then scratching at his rump. He looked like he was liking it! Its was the funniest thing! Then the chicken moved over to one of my does and 2 chickens came over and did the same thing to that goat!

Of course, now I wonder what my goat has on it that the chickens are interested in....maybe its worming time!

My chickens used to stand in the lake and scratch. I think it's an instinctive movement. Hungry? scratch eat scratch eat.
