The little doeling is doing great too. She's growing before my eyes, though she is still 1/2 his size, and they are both dwarfed when compared to thier other sister, the one being raised by thier mother. She's huge! But all three are as healthy as heck, and I hope it stays that way. Right now they're sleeping in the guest bedroom in a dog crate. When can I put them outside? I don't want to have to keep cleaning that dog crate, lol. Right now they're feed every 6 hours, and eat quite a bit. Not that I'm complaining, mind you.
I'm almost completely sure I will be keeping the firstborn teeny doeling... Not sure about her sister and brother yet. With him, I don't NEED another breeding buck though his color is amazing, and wethers don't produce... then I thought about keeping him as a wether for carting... But then eventually he will be taking up the space that a producing doe could be using... But then again he can live with the bucks I suppose... But if I fix him I may regret it in the future if he turns out to be a gorgeous color! So right now it's all on how he develops, that will determine what he becomes. This is my first year for selling kids... I just notified the people who have expressed interest that Boston's kids from this year are for sale...
