My Nubians do, but I live in the South, and they have a buck in the next pen year round. I had friends in Colorado who had Nubians, and theirs only cycled seasonally.

My sanaans seem to be seasonable and so are my Toggs. lol I need to get something for year round breeding. My favorite part of keeping goats is having little ones.

Some breeds are more seasonal than others, but certain individuals in every breed will cycle year round. Just depends on the goat. Most of mine only cycle through the fall and early winter. I do not run a buck with the herd though, either.
