Pictures of little Summer

Here is the bottle baby lamancha that was for sale. We bought her, brought her home, but she hates it outside. She comes in and out of the house all day with the kids. Here is Little Summer playing in our house. She thinks the dogs are her obstacle course.

How cute! We had our bottle baby lamancha with a broken leg ( that's how we got her) in the house for three months. She will still run in if given the chance over a year later! Bless her heart I miss rocking her to sleep. Your little summer is adorable.

How adorable. That so reminds me of my bottle baby. I pulled her out of mom 22 hours after her twins brother and sister were born. She thinks she is a dog. When someone comes to the driveway she runs to the cars like the dogs. The other day it was raining out and I went to my bed roon and guess who was on my bed? Yep Hope, (that is her name). She SAT up like "what , what is so funny?". We went to get the camera, but she got down. She comes in the dog door that is in my bedroom every chance she gets. we alsomt took her camping with us over the 4th of July weekend. She jumped in the camper and was all ready to go. I even have pictures of her riding our horse.

She's really cute. Reminds me of Blossom when she was a kid, colorwise. I raised one of my doelings in the house for a couple of weeks, but made her live outdoors when she started climbing all over things including the kitchen table. At 4 years old, she is the herd queen and still isn't sure if she is a goat, cat or dog.

Oh what a cute baby you have there. I have a new baby boy Lamacha here in my house that I bottle feed he is almost 2 and half weeks old. He such a joy to have here and I let him out on my deck during the day but he stays in the house at night until he gets older.

Congrats on the new baby and Summer looks great. She is the color of my LittleMan (aka) MD.

What a beautiful, well-grown baby! I love her color. One of our best, sweetest babies, a polled Nupine with airplane ears, is that color.

Um, for all you folks with "house goats", are they house trained? Or do they commit indiscretions on the carpets?

She pees freely

Boy can she pee. We keep her off the carpets, but she has had a few accidents. But we clean up and let her in again later.

This thread reminds me of once when the neighbor came over and said "oh your goats are out, and were eating my roses.... but it's ok, I just let them in the house! They are having a blast with the kids (her human ones)!! " These were notever house goats and her house is like a $750,000 place !!

Funny!!

My little boy lamacha stays outdoors in the day and at night he come in and stays in the master bath room. He so far never has had a accident on the carpet but of course I do not let him stay on the carpet he runs through the house and either goes straight to the kitchen or straight out to the deck and then he does his buisiness out doors.

Thank Goodness..

She looks like my little Winnie . Bit more orange than my gal and my gal has a bald face but other than that they could be sisters .

Lol....what a cutie! I vowed never again to let any goats on the carpet lol.....only the kitchen for the ones who are "special" (meaning all the goats ).

Well out I got to finish trimming hooves, giving shots, and worming (Its my day off today :baby04: ).
