Bloody Urine in Does

I have two does that I believe are in heat. One has been eliminating bloody (pink to crimson red) urine for a week now. The other just started the other day. These two does are orphans and were introduced to the herd late and are butted all the time by the other doelings and doe. Could it be they have taken one too many in the kidneys? Any advice and experience would be greatly appreciated. Is it time to call the vet? I have, btw, read the only other post about this and it concerns a buck and something I didn't understand.
