That's not something I've seen even on Ebay -- a cheap cream separator. They probably do show up now and then. Even the manual ones seem to run to $200. I'm looking too.

Sometimes these guys have "scratch and dent" products, none now but bookmark it so you can keep checking.

Be very careful. Goats are not cows and the vacumm pressure is critical. That is why pumps are so expensive. If the vacuum is to high you can easily get mastitis. A cow milker can be converted for goats, but the pulsator well have to be adjusted or replaced with one that runs at lower vacuum. I always used 12 inches of vacuum on my goats and didn't have any problems. My system was a Conde and today it goes for around $2000+. It is designed for goats specifically and works very well. It is a 16 lbs pail and set up for one goats. I weighed each goats milk every milking and it worked for me. If you find a cheap pump, buy a good gage and check it often. The pressure most be steady during milking for the pulsator to operate properly and so you don't harm the goat.

I have a spare Surge bucket with all new hoses/inflations (set up for goats). Two were sent with my milking set-up but I only need one at this time. Not been used at all since being refurbished. Includes pulsator.

$200
